Frequently asked

Answers about the L&D division.

What does Camdew's L&D division do?

Our Learning & Development division builds enterprise digital capability across four pillars: New Media & Gamification, Digital Technology, eLearning Development, and LXP Adaptation. We have shipped 186+ eLearning modules, 126 SharePoint microsites, and engaged 100,000+ learners across global enterprise clients.

Do you build SCORM-compliant eLearning?

Yes. We design, produce and deploy SCORM-compliant modules that run on any modern LMS, including Cornerstone, Docebo, Degreed, SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Viva Learning. Multi-language localisation (up to 19+ languages) is a core capability.

Can Camdew build on Microsoft SharePoint and Viva?

Yes. Digital Technology is one of our four pillars - SharePoint microsites with analytics endpoints, Viva Learning integrations, Power Platform workflows and Teams-native learning experiences are all in scope.

What kinds of L&D content formats do you produce?

eLearning modules (SCORM and xAPI), gamified simulations, video and voice-over series, virtual instructor-led workshop decks, program-design playbooks, and executive presentation decks. We anchor every format in a measurable learning objective.

How does gamification fit into learning design?

Gamification is one of our anchor pillars. We use mechanics such as narrative-driven simulations, scoring loops, badges, leaderboards and branching scenarios where they measurably lift engagement and behaviour change - never as decoration.

Does the L&D division work with the digital marketing team?

Yes - that is the whole point. L&D is the multiplier: the best MarTech, performance and SEO systems fail without capable teams. We frequently pair a growth engagement with an L&D track that upskills the client's marketers as the systems ship.
