MarTech Solutions

Stack audits, tool selection and architecture design for teams outgrowing spreadsheets.

The problem we solve

You know the stack is holding you back - you don't know which tools to keep, which to retire, and what the target architecture should look like. We give you the map.

  • 10+ tools, overlapping features, unclear ownership.
  • No single source of truth for the customer.
  • Vendor selection stuck - every RFP looks the same on paper.
  • Data model doesn't survive a leadership question.
  • Consent, privacy and GDPR posture is unclear.
Our approach

How we run the engagement.

01 · Discovery

Interviews with marketing, sales, product, data and legal. Every tool inventoried with cost, owner, use-case and dependency map.

02 · Data model workshop

We map the target customer object model - accounts, contacts, subscriptions, events, consent - before touching a vendor list.

03 · Capability gap

Current stack scored against target capabilities. What to keep, what to retire, what to buy.

04 · Vendor selection

Shortlist of 2–3 vendors per gap with weighted scorecards, reference calls and commercial negotiation support.

05 · Roadmap

12-month sequenced implementation plan with dependencies, owners, budget and risk called out.

Engagement models

Audit

4–6 week fixed-scope audit. Report + roadmap. Delivered by a senior consultant.

Selection sprint

Add-on module - vendor RFP, demos, scorecards, negotiation. 6–8 weeks.

In practice

Series C consumer fintech - Singapore + SEA

Context

41 duplicate identity keys across a fragmented martech stack. No canonical user_id. Finance couldn't sign off on a marketing P&L.

What we did

Stack audit collapsed 41 identity keys into a single canonical user_id. Target architecture: Segment as the source of truth, BigQuery for analytics, HubSpot for lifecycle triggers. Two legacy tools retired.

Outcome

Marketing P&L signed off for the first time. Blended CAC fell 34% once the new architecture went live in phase 2.
